Victory Transformers & Switchgears Ltd. (VTSL)
Flagship company of the group, VTSL is an ISO 9001:2000 certified company that traces its origins to 1997 when it was called Victory Enterprises. Today, the company designs and manufactures Distribution & Instrument Transformers & Vacuum Circuit Breakers and Off Load Switchgear. It is among the top 10 companies in Distribution Transformer sales in India with a customer base extending the length and breadth of the country. The company is spread over five manufacturing locations in Jeedimetla, an industrial suburb of Hyderabad with a work force over 600.
Most manufacturing operations are carried out in-house including Silicon steel slitting & cutting, drawing of Aluminum & Copper wires, steel tank fabrication and LV & HV winding. All five manufacturing facilities are linked via LAN and run sophisticated ERP software to streamline all facets of operations.
Victory Electricals Ltd. (VEL)
VEL is engaged in manufacture of Power & Distribution Transformers, Lightning Arresters and Transformer Oil. It has grown over 100 percent every year since its inception. A modern Transformer oil plant with a processing capacity of 10 kL/hr and base oil storage capacity of 1300 kL was commissioned in first quarter 2006 and a state of the art Power Transformer unit with a built-up area of 60000 Sq ft was commissioned in third quarter 2007 at Hyderabad.
In seond quarter FY 2007-08, VEL acquired a unit in Chennai which was formerly known as Hackbrdige Hewittic & Easun (HHE). This unit has a proud history of Power Transformer manufactuing dating back to 1950's. It has a built-up area of 60000 Sq ft and is spread across 10 Acres
Phoenix Power Products Ltd.
Phoenix manufactures various Electro-Porcelain products for the power sector like Transformer Bushings, Hollow, and solid core insulators. Its installed capacity is 18 TPD and is spread over 5 Acres with a total built-up area of 1,00,000 sq ft.
